Our company was founded more than two decades ago and has always been a strong partner of national and international industry. Here you can find out more about our history:
HEALTHY GROWTH FROM YEAR TO YEAR …
1990
Foundation
– our enterprise started with three employees in 1990 named “Jonas Werkzeugbau Stanzerei GmbH” in a small town called Telgte (Germany).
1994
Enlargement of the hired building
2001
Initial certification
Initial certification per global quality standard of automotive industry ISO/TS 16949 and certification per DIN EN 9001
2004
Enlargement of the production plant
Permanent enlargement of warehouse capacity by hiring some depots in Telgte (Germany) / 23 employees.
2007
New employees
Employment of daughter Claudia Jonas in business administration management.
Total employment of 37 employees.
2009
New company building
New building and moving to the current in-house production and warehouses site and therefore enlargement of districts for production, storage and office from 1.730m² to 3.400m².
Investment in an additional die-cutting system from Haulick & Roos (reaching 2800 kN cutting pressure) and a forward-looking Flexible Servo Drive (FSD)
2010
20th anniversary
Celebrating the company's 20th anniversary together with clients, suppliers, business partners and 45 employees.
2013
New machines
Investment in an additional die-cutting system from Haulick & Roos (reaching 1600 kN cutting pressure)
2014
New milling machining center
Acquisition of an additional milling center from DMG
2015
25th anniversary
Regarding the company's 25th anniversary we celebrate a garden party together with 50 employees.
